After establishing the joint venture, the company has accelerated its transformation and promoted the applications of new technologies, equipment and processes.  The company has spent more than 150 million Yuan to update its equipment and reform its technologies, and purchased more than 100 high-end digital processing facilities and 3D testing devices. In 2015, the company bought foundry coated sand production line, induction hardening machine tool for heat treatment, vacuum cleaner, ionitriding furnace and welding robots, and put the framework assembly line and painting production line into operation, making great contribution to improving production efficiency and reducing environmental pollution. By putting the ERP management system into use, the company has unified the logistics with the information flow. The company has developed the first CIS bottle making machine and high-performance glass bottle tester in China through co-research.
